HAEMS provides pre-hospital emergency medical care to the residents of Lower Salford Township and surrounding communities. Our staff is made up of both Volunteer and Paid Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians that have more than 100 years of experience and training. Our team is on duty seven days a week, 365 days a year. HAEMS began providing service in June 2004 having previously been known as Harleysville Ambulance. Harleysville Ambulance as a part of Harleysville Community Fire Company provided ambulance service from the early 1950’s through 2004.

HAEMS has mutual aid agreements with surrounding EMS services such as Skippack EMS, Souderton Ambulance, Green Lane Ambulance, and several others to ensure that the residents of our coverage area always have access to pre-hospital medical care even when our crews are providing care on another emergency call.
